Survey Solutions Scotland have invested in a Remote Support Facility which allows us to connect remotely to our customers' PCs via the internet, facilitating remote training and support from the comfort of your own office. All that our customers need is a Broadband internet connection. Once the connection is established we can see the screen of the customer's PC and/or Data Logger and we can talk or lead the customer through the training or support required.

In today's work environment when taking a day off for training can be difficult to schedule, breaking down training into small blocks whith no travel time required can enable the customer to fit it in much better.

The system is entirely secure with the customer initiating and terminating the connection for each session.
